Car Park Resurfacing

From Monday 15th June the Sports Club will be undertaking a full refurbishment of the car parking and driveway.

The contractor has advised that the works will be undertaken over a two week period. During this time:

Pedestrian Access will be restricted from Fairview Drive.
Pedestrian and Vehicular Access will be restricted from Bowden Lane.

For your safety, members of the public will not be able to access the grounds for exercise/ dog walking during the period of works. Members only will be permitted to access the site via the pedestrian gate on Seven Stiles Drive, to attend pre-arranged Club activities.

We thank you for your patience and understanding and we all look forward to the benefits of the refurbishment.

Rubbish Collections

We have seen a significant number of visitors using the club field for socailising and spending time with family, and with the latest restrictions being eased by the government, we are aware that this will continue during the warmer weather.

As the lockdown continues and the club is unable to open, this means that we have no bin collection service. You may have noticed that we have had to remove the outside dustbins, and as a result there have been a small number of visits where rubbish has been left for volunteers from the club to clear away.

When you visit the club, we ask you to assist as much as possible by leaving the facilities as you find them, including taking any rubbish home with you to dispose of properly.

In the meantime, we hope you continue to enjoy the hot weather and as always we look forward to seeing you over the coming weeks, and when we are eventually able to re-open and get on with the sports we all love.
